Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: June 30, 2026
Summary: Use Hardalion services lawfully and in good faith. This Policy supplements our Terms of Service. We may suspend access for violations to protect users, infrastructure, and the public.
1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to hardalion.com, docs.hardalion.com, APIs, platform rails, FinFlow OS, NEP deployments, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning in our Terms of Service.
2. Permitted use
- Lawful business, research, and personal use consistent with your plan and agreements
- Integration with your systems using documented APIs and authentication
- Evaluation of NEP in shadow mode before production enforcement
- Security research that follows our Security Disclosure Policy
3. Prohibited use
You may not, and may not allow others to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Transmit malware, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or probe systems without authorization
- Scrape or harvest data from the Service beyond documented API limits
- Share credentials, resell access without authorization, or circumvent usage limits
- Use the Service to develop competing infrastructure by systematically extracting proprietary non-open components
- Deploy AI through our systems to automate unlawful surveillance, discrimination, or violence
- Bypass, disable, or tamper with security, audit, or policy enforcement controls where required
- Submit unlawful content or content you lack rights to process
- Impersonate Hardalion, our employees, or other users
4. High-risk and regulated domains
If you operate in finance, healthcare, defense, or other regulated sectors, you are solely responsible for configuring policy, obtaining approvals, and meeting regulatory obligations. Hardalion provides tools; you remain the operator of your deployment.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take action we deem appropriate, including warnings, rate limits, suspension, or termination, with or without notice where urgent. We are not obligated to monitor all activity and have no duty to police user content.
6. Reporting abuse
Report suspected abuse to legal@hardalion.com. For security issues, use security@hardalion.com.
7. Relationship to other policies
This AUP is incorporated into our Terms of Service. If there is a conflict, the Terms control except where this AUP provides stricter user obligations.
