Summary: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, you can request a full refund. Our refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our payment processor and Merchant of Record.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with our products or services for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you can:

  • Contact our support team at support@hardalion.com
  • Use the contact form on our Contact page
  • Contact Paddle directly through the receipt email you received after purchase

Please include your order number or the email address used for the purchase to help us process your request quickly.

3. Refund Processing

Our payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Once a refund is approved:

  • Credit/Debit Card payments: Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days
  • PayPal payments: Refunds are typically processed within 48 hours

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period. If you cancel and would like a refund, please contact our support team.

5. Our Merchant of Record

Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record. This means Paddle handles all payment processing, billing inquiries, and refund processing on our behalf. When you make a purchase, you are purchasing from Paddle, who then provides you access to our services.

For payment-related inquiries, you can also contact Paddle directly through the links provided in your purchase receipt.

6. Contact Us

If you have any questions about our refund policy, please contact us:

7. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have as a consumer or business customer under the laws of your country or region (including, where applicable, mandatory cooling off periods or chargeback rules administered by your payment network). If mandatory law provides you a longer or different remedy, that law applies to the extent required.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, Paddle or your bank may contact us. We encourage you to reach out to support@hardalion.com first so we can attempt to resolve the issue, which is often faster than a dispute process.

9. Abuse, Fraud, and Good-Faith Use

We may refuse or limit refunds where we reasonably believe a request is fraudulent, abusive, duplicative, or inconsistent with fair use of the Service, or where a product has been substantially consumed or exported in violation of our Terms. We will explain our reasoning where we can do so without compromising security or legal obligations.

10. Partial Refunds and Credits

Where appropriate, we or Paddle may offer a partial refund, service credit, or extension instead of a full refund. Any alternative remedy will be communicated to you in writing (including email).

11. Currency and Exchange Rates

Refunds are generally processed in the currency of the original transaction. If your bank account is denominated in another currency, your institution's exchange rates and fees may apply after Paddle completes the refund.

12. Business Customers

If you purchase on behalf of a company, your organization's purchase order, order form, or enterprise agreement may contain additional or different refund terms. Where those contractual terms conflict with this Policy for a specific transaction, the enterprise terms control for that transaction.
